Berowne - The difference between GMT and Eastern Standard Time is five hours, and
ReplyDeleteEastern Daylight Time is four hours. But British Summer Time's also involved. So 4 p.m. in the UK should be either 11 a.m. (which this site suggests, or certainly by noon.
